1. Measurement Range: 4mm (160mil) range
φ11 diameter probe; 5m/9m cable system, linear range: 1.00～5.00mm; GAP voltage: -10V (2.5mm), sensitivity: 3.94mV/μm (100 mV/mil);
2. Frequency Response:
0～10KHz, typical value is 0～-3dB.
3. Power Supply:
DC power supply: -24VDC (-20～-26VDC)
Power consumption: current consumption not exceeding 20mA
4. Requirements for the measured object:
The diameter of the measured object (width of the ring surface): not less than twice the diameter of the probe head; if the measured surface is smaller, calibration should be performed on-site.
Factory calibrated material for the measured object: 40CrMo steel / AISI4140 steel; if the material of the on-site measured object is inconsistent, calibration should be performed.
5. Interchangeability Error:
Interchangeable probes of the same model error ≤ ±5%;
Interchangeable extension cable error ≤ ±5%;
Interchangeable front-end device error ≤ ±5%;
6. On-site Wiring:
It is required to use a shielded three-core cable with a cross-section of 0.5～1.5mm², and the distance between the front-end device and monitor should be less than 300 meters (1000 feet).
