Magnetic speed sensor: seismic passive sensor, no power supply required, signal output sensitivity: 20mv/mm/s (500mV/(in/s);
Piezoelectric accelerometer: ICP type, powered by a 24V/4mA constant current source, signal output sensitivity: 10mV/(m/s2) (100 mV/g);
Eddy current sensor: Φ5/Φ8 diameter probe, sensitivity: 7.87mV/μm (200 mV/mil); GAP voltage: -10V.

Amplitude: 0～999μm(Pk-Pk); Accuracy: ±0.5%±1μm;
Speed: 0～99.9mm/s(rms); Accuracy: ±0.5%±0.1 mm/s;
